     Rod pump

     The rod pump is divided into two parts: one is a sealing support joint connected to the oil pipe, and the other is a rod pump.

After the rod pump is installed on the ground, it is connected to the lower end of the sucker rod and is completely discharged into the well through the oil pipe. It is not necessary to take off the oil pipe when checking the pump, which is convenient for operation and suitable for deep wells. Since the working time is shortened and the number of shackles on the oil pipe is reduced, the service life of the oil pipe is prolonged. The rod type oil pump is fixed and sealed as a whole with a predetermined position in the lower rod of the sucker rod, and is therefore also referred to as a "plug-in type pump". The rod type oil pump can be divided into a mechanical type and a cup type according to the type of the support assembly, and is divided into three types according to the support position: a fixed cylindrical top fixed, a fixed cylindrical bottom fixed and a movable cylinder bottom fixed.

a fixed cylinder bottom fixed rod pump (type A)

     Features: The locking device is located at the top. When the plunger moves, the sand around the locking device can be washed away to prevent the sand card from being easy to operate. The pump can swing around the fulcrum of the top locking device. When the pumping position and the oil pipe are not damaged, the pumping degree is slightly larger than that of the bottom fixed rod pump in the same fixed position, which is more suitable for use in low-production wells and low-surface wells, and the top fixing device makes the pump itself It has a gas anchoring effect and can be used in oil wells with more gas.

     Application: Pumps with oil wells within 2100m and viscosity around 400cP.

     Disadvantages: Because the top is fixed, the pump cylinder is subjected to the combined load of internal pressure and liquid column downward tension, and the stress condition is relatively bad; when the plunger is in the stroke, the internal pressure of the pump cylinder is higher than the external pressure, and the inner hole of the pump cylinder is increased. Large, the amount of leakage has increased.

b fixed cylinder bottom fixed rod pump

     Features: The locking device is located at the bottom, which has the characteristics that the pump cylinder will not be elongated due to the action of the liquid column, only subject to external pressure, and the gap will not increase. Therefore, it is suitable for use in deep wells; the pump cylinder can be wound around the bottom locking device. The fulcrum swings and can also be used in inclined wells.

Applicable: The pump is hung in a deep well with a viscosity of 400cP or less within 2900m.

     Not applicable: It is easy to deposit sand in the annular space of the fixed support sleeve and the bottom locking device, which makes the pump operation difficult and should not be used in the sand-containing well; the bottom is fixed, the pump cylinder swings greatly during work, and the valve stem and the guide sleeve are intensified. Wear and therefore should not be used as a long stroke pump.

     C-movable bottom fixed rod pump

     Features: The locking device is located at the bottom. When working, the plunger is fixed and the pump cylinder moves up and down. The well fluid can be stirred continuously. The sand particles are not easy to deposit on the locking device to generate the card pump. When the pumping well is stopped, the top is stopped. The valve ball closes the valve seat, and the sand particles in the oil pipe are not deposited in the pump to generate the card pump; the fixed valve and the oil discharge valve are both open valve covers, and the local resistance of the fluid is small, which is favorable for the discharge of the well liquid containing more sand.

     Applicable: The pump has a sand well with a viscosity of 400cP or less within 2100m.

     Not applicable: Due to the poor stability of the pump rod, it is not suitable to use long stroke pumps and use in heavy oil wells.

     The rod type pump produced by our company has the following remarkable features:

     1. During the operation of the pumping pump, the rod pump does not need to take off the oil pipe, which is convenient to operate, saves time and labor, and takes up short time. At the same time, because the shackle operation of the oil pipe is reduced, the leakage of the oil pipe thread is reduced. Extend the service life of the tubing and facilitate the maintenance of the tubing.

     2. By improving the structure, when replacing the rod type oil pump with different pump diameters, the purpose of the fixed oil pipe column is achieved; that is, the sealing support joint of the rod pump (connected with the oil pipe) is a common part.

     3. The pump body of the rod type pump can swing around the fixing device, which is suitable for the inclined shaft.

     4. The rod type pump has various forms and can be selectively selected.
